Horse Shows
Apple Creek Stables attends several horse shows throughout the year. We attend many schooling shows that are a fun and low key way for riders to experience showing. Apple Creek attends both English and Western Pleasure shows, schooling Jumping shows, and both schooling and rated Dressage shows throughout the area. Many of our school horses are old pros at showing and will take great care of their riders when they go out.
Trail Rides
Apple Creek clients can sign up for one of our trail ride groups. Some of our favorite locations are Doran Beach, Annadel / Spring Lake, Riverfront Park, Napa Park and the Laguna. We will also schedule a custom group year round, based on trainer availability. Please contact us for more information, current rates, and to schedule.
Apple Creek Play Days
Several times a year, Apple Creek hosts a play day for all of our students. We have a jumping show, an english pleasure show, and a western games competition. Play days are an excellent way to improve riding skills at every level. Classes are judged, and you are given feedback to help improve your riding. Riders earn ribbons, high point trophies, and have a blast with their family and friends as spectators. Our Apple Creek Shows coordinate with major holidays, and the Halloween show is always a favorite for the costume class.
